Laboratorieprojekt, våren 2012 A topical cream - from a model cream to a potential product

A system for stabilizing emulsions has been developed at the division of Food Technology, Lund University. A potential use for these types of emulsions is in topical creams for both cosmetic use and as a drug delivery formulation / medical device. The specific project aim is to further develop the composition of the model cream to obtain one or few relevant test products for further trials. The project will be performed together SPEximO and Bioglan.
